I am  a Senior Lecturer in the Media & Communication Department within the School of Art & Design at Coventry University.

I work in the areas of participatory audiences,  gender and queer studies, socio-political and cultural identity in online digital media, discourse analysis, and socio-linguistics.

I am a Fulbright alumna, and a reviewer for the Transformative Works and Culture Journal (TWC).
